Industrial Revolution 4.0 - Opportunities and Challenges in the Digital Business

 

Short Overview:

The International Annual Symposium on Management (Insyma) is a scientific event that has successfully been held for 16 years and this year of 2020 is entering 17 years of its implementation. The Insyma invites numerous papers and participants from researchers, academicians, and practitioners to discuss various business and management topics.

Industrial Revolution 4.0 is a new technological revolution phase that has the potential to totally transform operations and production process through digital logistics, smart machine and devices, digital technology, and automation that eventually change life for millions of people worldwide. On the one hand, digital logistics, smart machines and devices, digital technology, and automation allow the operations and production process easier and more economical than before, but on the other hand, they become a challenge for human resources as they don’t need many workers to operate.

The symposium aims to be a means for academicians, researchers, and practitioners worldwide to share and discuss various opportunities and new topics related to the industrial revolution 4.0 as well as show the higher education institution can respond the challenge by preparing more competent human resources.

Submission Guideline

1.Selected paper will be published by Atlantis Press and submitted to relevant indexation databases such as Scopus, CPCI-S and CPCI-SSH (both part of Clarivate's Web of Science),  CNKI, Google Scholar, etc
