By registering for and participating in INSYMA 2026, you agree to the following terms:
All submitted manuscripts must be original work that has not been previously published or is currently under review elsewhere. Plagiarism in any form will result in immediate rejection.
All submissions will undergo a blind peer review process. The conference committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions based on reviewer recommendations.
Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been verified. Participants must complete payment before the specified deadline to confirm their participation.
Accepted presenters are required to present their paper at the conference. Failure to present may result in the paper being withdrawn from the proceedings.
Authors retain copyright of their work. By submitting, authors grant the conference a non-exclusive license to publish the paper in the conference proceedings.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, institutional affiliation, and submitted manuscripts for the purpose of conference management.
Your information is used solely for conference registration, paper review, communication about the conference, and publication of accepted papers in the proceedings.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Reviewer assignments and paper reviews are handled confidentially within the system.
Your data will be retained for the duration necessary to fulfill conference obligations and for archival purposes of the proceedings.
