Abstract/Description
This study aims to analyze the influence of work life balance and employee empowerment on job satisfaction both directly and indirectly through knowledge management. The sample in this study was 191 people. The data analysis technique used SEM. The results of the analysis show that work life balance has an effect on knowledge management. Employee empowerment has an effect on knowledge management. Work life balance has an effect on job satisfaction. Employee empowerment has an effect on job satisfaction. Knowledge management has an effect on job satisfaction. Work life balance has an effect on job satisfaction through knowledge management. Employee empowerment has an effect on job satisfaction through knowledge management.
