Technological developments have a significant impact, including the application of artificial intelligence (AI), which then changes competitive strategies in various sectors, especially finance and construction services. Employing data-driven systems, artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed the competitive strategy of the financial industry, empowering companies to enhance efficiency, agility, and decision-making. This paper investigates the possibility of using AI skills acquired in finance in the Indonesian green building industry, which struggles to control project budgets, expenses, and sustainability performance. Expert interviews with Surabaya and Jakarta practitioners from financial institutions and green building companies using a qualitative descriptive approach.
