Optimizing Digital Content Strategy Through Data Driven Insights
- Entrepreneurship Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik, Indonesia
Abstract
In the contemporary digital landscape, content has emerged as a strategic asset in enhancing business competitiveness, particularly within creative industries and digital marketing services. This study examines the effectiveness of digital content production strategies in supporting business development at Asik Creative, a digital creative agency. The research focuses on two key issues: the centralized quality control (QC) process and the limited integration of data- driven evaluation within the content production workflow. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through direct observation, documentation, and active participation. The findings indicate that the centralized QC system tends to create workflow bottlenecks, delay content approval, and restrict evaluative perspectives. Furthermore, the limited utilization of performance data among content creators appears to hinder continuous learning and innovation. To address these challenges, this study proposes the implementation of a structured QC system supported by checklist-based evaluation, alongside the integration of data-driven insights into the creative process. These improvements are expected to potentially enhance operational efficiency, content quality, and the overall effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
